As lot of you already know, Car Craft got its start in the 70's by purchasing the Original Empi Machine Shop in Riverside. Today we still offer services that can be added to your purchases on this site. Keep in mind that some Cases, Cranks, and Heads already come with some of these services already done. Adding these services may delay your order a day or two. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call.

Services offered to purchases on this site:

If you buy a Crank and Flywheel then you can add Balancing ($50) Keep in mind that if purchase or have a Kennedy Pressure Plate, these are already balanced and Kennedy recommends you do not attempt to balance their pressure plates. Balancing Rods is not required because our Chromoly I-Beam and H-Beam Rods come balanced from the manufacturer.

If you are buying a stock engine case we offer: Open Barrels for 90.5/92mm, Open 94mm ($60), Full Flow ($30), Drill and Tap Oil Gallies (for future cleaning $100)

If you are buying Cylinder Heads we offer opening them up to 90.5/92mm or 94mm ($50 pair) If you want them opened and or just cut to a certain cc ($60 pair) Cut for Dual Springs ($50 pair) When adding head services to your cart please only chose a quantity of 1, price is almost always for a pair or set. If chosing open head option with CC's please leave a note on check out for the cc's you want.
