Premium Series T-1 Header Only

These Premium headers are 1 3/8" and made of 16 gauge steel with extra thick flanges. Tubes are Mandrel bent to insure smooth exhaust flow. All flanges are surface ground and finished ground on I.D.'s. Headers are available with flared bottom tubes for stock heater boxes or J-Tubes. Also available in a flange version that comes with 2 extra flanges to weld on your heater boxes or J-Tubes to eliminate Heater Box Clamps. Headers fit 1300 - 1600cc engines. 3 bolt flange is in 1:00 position. This header is designed to work with Phat Boy Premium Mufflers 00-3200, 00-3201, 00-3202 and Stingers 00-3696 and 00-3697.  Headers come Black or Ceramic Coated. Click Product Options to choose yours.
